Our extensive database of available sites and buildings, along with our local and regional research and data partners, allows us to quickly and efficiently produce a project proposal for you. This proposal includes site/building, demographic, workforce, and wage and benefit information as requested. A full report can be confidentially compiled and returned to the source under a tight time frame.
As the original request evolves and more information is requested, TLC or another member of the Lorain County Growth Partnership will activate a REAL Team. This is triggered by the announcement of a site visit or can happen sooner as the project dictates. Depending on the individual project needs, custom designed teams may include representatives from government, local business executives, economic development organizations, and other private sector representatives and organizations. Each team is created to give the specific project’s criteria individual attention under the direction of the lead source.
The goal of any REAL Team is to create a seamless flow of assistance and support, enabling the project to come to fruition and the company to be successful. The Real Team can draw upon the expertise of our partners regarding logistics, workforce, incentives, human resources, and more.
Throughout the life of the project, the company can count on one point of contact to address requests, questions, and comments. The REAL team leader will keep the entire team engaged and up to date through the use of a confidential, password protected section on the Lorain County Growth Partnership’s web site. This method is used to protect the confidentiality of the project and anonymity of the lead source.
