Business Connection: Business Retention and Expansion Program Business Connection is a collaborative program of Team Lorain County, Lorain County Community College, Lorain County Joint Vocational School, Lorain County Chamber of Commerce, and the Lorain County Commissioners through the Lorain County Growth Partnership.
