Through the Entrepreneurship Innovation Institute at Lorain County Community College, experts help individuals and businesses to grow through GLIDE, the Great Lakes Innovation and Development Enterprise. The Innovation Fund of the Lorain County Community College Foundation helps entrepreneurs to secure funding for technology-based businesses. Working in partnership with business, LCCC@Work delivers services, training and assistance for adult learners and employers.

The Lorain County JVS Adult Career Center is an innovative organization providing adult learners with the opportunity to enhance their skills for the workplace. The Center is a leader in economic and workforce development, and its long-standing business and industry partnerships provide excellent networking and employment opportunities for adult students. The Center also designs customized training programs for business and industry which can be delivered at the Center, on-site or in a mobile training lab.
